For Zero this was an incredible propaganda coup, Cornelia this was a crisis that blew up in her face, she the all-powerful viceroy of Area 11 is powerless to something a mere “terrorist” pulled off in front of the world, I’d say Lelouch has evened the score, wouldn’t you?
