In 2010 Japan was invaded and taken over by the empire of Britannia. Japan is now called Area 11, and it’s people, the Elevens. They live under a dictatorship rule, all their rights, freedom, and identities taken away. 7 years later, Lelouch, a Britannian prodigy with a mysterious past, finds himself pulled in a battle between Eleven rebels and the Britannian military, and has a fated encounter with a friend from the past, and a mysterious girl with strange powers, both of which change his life forever…

OMG! that was sooo awesome! i can totally see why everyone loves this anime! <3
but the sound and pictures were a bit off but its okay!
whats wrong with sound and pic!!!!!
the sound suck
only happens in R1, R2 has everything perfect here ^^
r1 sux anyway compared with r2 ;D
for tha sound and pics, all you have to do is just fast forward it a little when the sound and pics begin to go out of order.
I’ve alredy watched the whole series and its pretty emotional and amazing!
The video is not working it suggest another site. Just letting you guys know since you asked kindly.
thanks turtledude, episode fixed
i’ve already watched R2 but i have only read a few episodes in the first season..this anime is simply amazing…can really make you emotional
Yeah um this is about ep 1 i get to about 14 mins in 2 it and the vidio skips to the end
I’m watching the series again from the beginning. Did anyone else notice what–or rather, who–Lelouch saw and heard immediately before accepting the Contract? I think I just found the triggering moment for everything that happens later on through R2. The foreshadowing is amazing! Though like when I watched “The Sixth Sense” I didn’t catch all these things the first time around, I was too busy being awed by the animation and the story.
I also like the dub. The voices are excellent and incredibly expressive. I wanted to slap Clovis just from the smarminess of his voice (not to mention his overacting when making the announcement of the Osaka Crisis deaths).
Also, am I right in that the translation of the dialogue is reasonably accurate compared to the original Japanese?
Does anyone know? Thanks!
Damn Shirley =.= ll
Ive actually seen every episode over 3 times. And i must say that the first 2 episodes are the best in my opinion.
the video doesnt work
it gets to a point then it stops and restarts
